Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in costs of a total railway system when transmission level adjustments in individual track circuits or track loops are performed by manual adjustment or remote control, and reduction in the time for these level adjustment operations and labor costs. SOLUTION: In a train control system by a loop type ATC device, an ATC ground device includes a means for adjusting a transmitter output level; an ATC on-vehicle device includes a means for storing a receiving level value as a control telegraphic message; and the ATC ground device includes a means by which, when it exceeds a designated range, the transmitter output level is determined by comparing a receiving level for the ATC on-vehicle device with a level value in the designated range.
