METHOD FOR LAMINATE MOLDING FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN AND LAMINATED MOLDING PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laminate molding fiber-reinforced resin and a laminated molding having different blending ratios of fiber material depending on each laminated layer and having excellent surface characteristics of a design surface. SOLUTION: A first injection device is used for molding a base layer by filling melted resin containing the fiber material. A second injection device is used for molding a surface layer by charging the melted resin containing the fiber material. Resin molding material used for the first and second injection devices are obtained by directly mixing predetermined quantities of resin pellets, the fiber material and a plurality of additives using a mixing means immediately before molding the laminated molding. In the resin molding materials, the blending ratios (contents percentage by weight) of the fiber material are different between the base layer and the surface layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
