Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug structure of an inspection hole enabling prolongation of life without forming a slit part. SOLUTION: The plug structure of the inspection hole 2 is inserted into the inspection hole 2 formed at piping 1 and is fixed to the piping 1 by whole-circumference fillet welding to seal the inspection hole 2. A plug 10 includes a plug body 11, an insertion part 12 with a diameter smaller than that of the plug body 11 inserted to the inspection hole 2, and a stepped part 13 with a diameter that reduces from the plug body 11 to the insertion part 12. A stepped area in a piping axis direction that reduces a diameter by forming a stepped face 14 and a tilted area in a piping circumferential direction that reduces a diameter by forming a tilted face 15 are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the stepped part 13.
