Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas adsorbent which enables effective gas phase adsorption of substances in various molecular sizes. SOLUTION: The gas adsorbent is made of a burned material of soybean skins, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, cotton hulls, and soybean hulls. The firing temperature and median diameter of the burned material are controlled so as to make a peak of differential volume appear at a certain pore radius value. A crushed material of the burned material is sieved so that a median diameter thereof is about 80 μm or below. The burned material is fired at 700°C or above. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
