Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sequencing method capable of being used with or without being accompanied by positional information. SOLUTION: A method for sequencing the whole or a part of a target nucleic acid molecule by determining information associated with a part of positions in addition to a part of the sequence of the nucleic acid molecule, particularly, a novel sequencing method for promoting identification by enlarging one base or a plurality of bases are provided. Especially, a method suitable for sequencing a long nucleic acid molecule having sequential information of the sequential part together with positional information of the position of the part in the sequence is provided.
