SOLUTION: A projection 27 and a groove 28 shaped like spirals are created in a position that becomes a boundary between the inside of a case 40 and the outside of the case 40 on a rotating shaft 24. Hereby, as compared with an article which is provided with a vacuum pump for sucking out air within the case 40 to the outside of the case 40, it can lessen air within the case 40 in such a structure that the whole of a device downsized and the parts count is reduced.
