Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting technology for supporting proper selection of a device that receives content, according to a state of the content. SOLUTION: An information transmitter includes a connection means to connect to one or more external devices, a detection means to detect the state of the content to be handled by the external device connected by the connection means, an output means to output display information for displaying a connecting state to the external device adaptable to the content of a predetermined state among the external devices connected by the connection means, and a transmission means to transmit a selected content to the external device for which connection is displayed by the display information.
