Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution phase shifter for rotating a rotary coupling conductor with a simple configuration without using a gear. SOLUTION: The rotating mechanism 6 for rotating a rotary coupling conductor 5 is equipped with: a driving shaft 11 arranged at prescribed interval from a substrate 2 and having an axial line X in parallel with the substrate 2; a driving member 13 arranged to be relatively movable in the direction of the axial line X with respect to the driving axis 11 by the rotating driving of the driving axis 11; and a rotating wiper 14 where one end is rotatably arranged with respect to the substrate 2 and the other end is connected to the rotary coupling conductor 5. The lower end of an engagement pin 15 is attached to the rotating slider 14. The upper end of the engagement pin 15 is engaged with the driving member 13 in a position deviated from an orthogonal surface S which is the surface including the axial line X and orthogonally crossed with the substrate 2, so that the rotating slider 14 is rotated in response to the movement of the driving member 13 in the direction of the axial line X.
