Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color solid-state imaging device that eliminates the necessity of an infrared removing filter for correcting visibility, and matches color reproducibility to human visibility. SOLUTION: The color solid-state imaging device includes a circuit part 30 formed on a semiconductor substrate 10, a lower electrode layer 25 arranged on the circuit part 30, a compound semiconductor thin film 24 arranged on the lower electrode layer 25 and having a chalcopyrite structure, a transparent electrode layer 26 arranged on the compound semiconductor thin film 24, and visible light filters 44R, 44G, 44B arranged on the transparent electrode layer 26. The lower electrode layer 25, the compound semiconductor thin film 24 and the transparent electrode layer 26 are sequentially laminated on the circuit part 30, and the film thickness of the compound semiconductor thin film 24 arranged under the visible light filters 44R, 44G, 44B is thinned to absorb only visible light.
