Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a wiring material avoiding inconveniences occurring by soldering connection and facilitating the work of connecting a conductor with a conductor pattern part when connecting the conductor of the wiring material such as an extra-fine coaxial cable with the conductor pattern part formed on a connected member such as a circuit board; a connection structure of the wiring material; and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A multi-core cable 1 has a plurality of the extra-fine coaxial cables 2 each having a central conductor 3. The central conductor 3 is connected with the conductor pattern part 10 of the circuit board 9. A part of the central conductor 3, which is connected with the conductor pattern part 10, is coated with an adhesive 30.
