Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that easily and surely discharging residual water from a reaction gas passage in a fuel cell stack with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 includes a fuel cell stack 14, and a mounting section 16 to which the fuel cell stack 14 is mounted in an inclined state. In the fuel cell stack 14, a plurality of fuel cells 20 are stacked in a vertical direction, and an oxidizer gas passage 42 and a fuel gas passage 44 are formed as opposite flows. The fuel cell stack 14 is mounted downward toward the rear in a vehicle-length direction against a horizontal direction to the mounting section 16 while an inlet side of the fuel gas passage 44 is arranged in an upper position in a horizontal direction than an outlet side of the fuel gas passage 44 in a front box of a vehicle.
