PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sense of incongruity due to the matter that an object displayed by CG is seen clearly even though it is at a far distance and further, to represent a way of being seen with eyesight so as to approximate a real world. SOLUTION: This information display controller includes: a blur quantity correction parameter storing means for storing a blur quantity correction parameter of an object to a distance between the object and a visual point, corresponding to eyesight; a distance calculating means for calculating a distance from the visual point to the object; a scale changing means for changing, wherein a blur quantity correction parameter of the object corresponding to a distance in designated eyesight is determined by a prescribed formula and stored in a display size parameter storing means; and a blur representing means for changing the degree of blur of the object on the basis of the blur quantity correction parameter acquired from the blur quantity correction parameter storing means.
