Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional laser light-reflecting mirror includes such types as a polygon mirror, a galvanometer, an electrostatic mirror, etc., and in recent years, the laser light-reflecting mirror has developed to be a driving mirror using a discrete, a coil, a magnet and a gimbal, but their driving force, productivity (yield), durability and oscillation characteristics still have some issues. SOLUTION: The X, Y high speed driving mirror unit is characterized in that it has a structure in which four yokes are reliably fitted and a structure in which a pivot, a lubber plate and a pivot screw are independently provided and the screw is turned.
