FLOW RATE CONTROL VALVE WITH PRESSURE COMPENSATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control valve with pressure compensation having a leak-less structure from which any working fluid on the primary pressure side does not leak when a valve passage is closed. SOLUTION: The flow rate control valve 1 with pressure compensation includes a housing 9 in which a valve passage 41 is formed, a flow rate control spool 12 which is movably provided on the housing 9, and a pressure compensation spool 13. The flow rate control spool 12 closes the valve passage 41 at the closing position, and opens the valve passage 41 with the opening degree according to the position at the opening position by an opening control unit 16. The pressure compensation spool 13 receives the upstream pressure and the downstream pressure in a resistant manner, and adjusts the differential pressure so as to be constant. The flow rate control spool 12 has a poppet part 17. The poppet part 17 forms a communication chamber 21 for supplying the downstream pressure to the pressure compensation spool 13 between the opening control unit 16 and itself, and closes the communication chamber 21 at the closing position, and opens the communication chamber 21 at the opening position.
