Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition from which a high damping laminate having high damping performance and excellent rigidity is obtained, and further, a tire having low rolling resistance and excellent hardness is also obtained. SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains a crosslinkable rubber component containing two or more kinds of rubber. Each of the rubber is incompatible with at least one of other rubber.
