TRICYCLIC CHROMAN COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for arrhythmia, i.e. to provide a novel tricyclic chroman compound that has an IKACh inhibitor activity and is useful for treating and/or preventing arrhythmia. SOLUTION: A benzopyran derivative represented by formula (I) (wherein R1and R2are each 1C-6C alkyl group or the like; R3is hydroxyl group or the like; R4is hydrogen atom or the like; X is 1C-6C alkylene group or the like; R5is hydrogen atom or the like; R6is 1C-6C alkyl group, 3C-8C cycloalkyl group, 3C-8C cycloalkenyl group, 6C-14C aryl group, 2C-9C heteroaryl group, 2C-9C heterocyclyl group or the like; V is a substituent chosen from substituent group V1; m is an integer of 0-2; and A is a 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring that fuses with a benzene ring by sharing two carbon atoms) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided.
