LAMINATED MATERIAL FOR DISPENSING PACKAGING AND PACKAGING BAG FOR DISPENSING PACKAGING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for dispensing packaging which is excellent in anti-static properties, anti-curl properties, perforation cutting properties, seal properties, gas barrier properties, moisture barrier properties and mechanical suitability and also which can be easily torn by hand and which is useful for filling and packaging powdered or granulated medical supplies and provide a packaging bag for dispensing packaging using it. SOLUTION: In the laminated material prepared by laminating an anti-static layer, a sealant layer successively on one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film as a base layer, the anti-static layer is composed of a crosslinkable polymer having anti-static electricity induction properties, as the main component, and a half value period of surface charge amount is 5 seconds or less and a density of the sealant layer measured by JIS K7112 is 915 kg/m3or less and a tensile strength at break of the sealant layer measured by JIS K7113 is 13 MPa or less.
