EXERCISE INSTRUCTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise instruction device that allows a person to do some exercise with enjoyment. SOLUTION: The exercise instruction device 1 includes a portable body 2 provided with: a biological information-measuring part 17 containing an acceleration sensor or a vibration sensor as a component thereof; an analysis part 11 for calculating a momentum based on a measured result by the biological information-measuring part 17; and an audio part 23 and an image display part 16 which are configured to announce a calculated result by the analysis part 11. The audio part 23 gives a sound element of a distance difference between a user and a virtual runner in a virtual competition, which allows the user to have an experience of moving along a virtual course in real time even only with the accompaniment of the sound element.
