P2P CONTROL APPARATUS, P2P CONTROL SYSTEM, AND P2P CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user terminal, which performs P2P communication, to utilize a band securing function provided on a network side without performing any additional development or the like for a P2P application. SOLUTION: A P2P control apparatus includes: a unit for receiving from a node device a ranking request containing a listing of communication destination candidate node devices; a unit for selecting a band securing target node device subjected to band securing out of the listing of communication destination candidate node devices; a unit for performing control for band securing; a unit for ranking the communication destination candidate node devices in such a way that the band securing target node device becomes a node device of highest priority as a communication destination; and a unit for transmitting a result of ranking to the node device of a request source.
