PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional retrieval algorithm to be used in a PC is not normally suitable for a cellular phone system having restrictions in calculation power and storage capacity though a capacity database such as the address book of a cellular phone, etc., requires an efficient and speedy retrieval algorithm with smaller memory and smaller calculation requirement. SOLUTION: The database of an information communication terminal device is structured, to include a data table and an LUT. Data such as profile data, to be preserved in the database are classified as IDs and personal information. A hash table is applied only to the IDs, to calculate hash values.
