Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze accident situations recorded in traffic signals and EDRs (or DDRs) by standardizing the time of the accident space to that traceable to the national standard time (for example, Japan standard time). SOLUTION: Registered calibration service provides are hierarchized (primary registered calibration service providers to secondary calibration service providers). Respective standard clocks are calibrated by remote calibration based on common-view GPS signals. Individual EDRs (DDRs) or onboard recorders such as car navigation systems have a time calibration function for synchronization with the traceable standard clock time provided by the hierarchized registered calibration service providers by remote calibration based on common-view GPS signals.
