SOLUTION: In FBG sensors 14A to 14D, a stress detection sensor part 16 is arranged so as to be internally included in a stress direction conversion part 18 in plan view. Gratings 26x, 26y are expanded and contracted by horizontal stress FHtransmitted from the stress direction conversion part 18, whereas gratings 72x, 72y are arranged outside of the stress direction conversion part 18 in the measurement area 22.
