Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline in heat transfer efficiency in a heat exchanger having a heat transfer pipe to which corrosion protective coating treatment is applied. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes: the heat transfer pipe having a hairpin 20 and a U-bend 24; a heat release fin 15 externally fitted to the hairpin 20; and a corrosion protective coating 48 having a first coating 40 and a second coating 46. The first coating 40 is formed to come into close contact with the outer peripheral face of the hairpin 20 including a portion to which the heat release fin 15 is externally fitted, and the second coating 46 covers the periphery of a portion of the heat release fin 15 coming into contact with the first coating 40 and is brought into close contact with the first coating 40.
