Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an absorption type heat pump device capable of simultaneously supplying cold water and hot water and having a high COP. SOLUTION: The absorption type heat pump device includes an evaporator 4, an absorber 5, a condenser 3, a low-temperature regenerator 2, a high-temperature regenerator 1, solution heat exchangers 61, 62, a solution pump 51 and a refrigerant pump 41. The absorption type heat pump device further includes: cold water piping 71 connecting the evaporator 4 with a cold water load 7 and supplying cold water cooled by the evaporator 4 to the cold water load 7; and hot water piping 81 connecting the absorber 5 and the condenser 3 with a hot water load 8 and supplying hot water of which temperature is raised by cooling the absorber 5 and the condenser 3 to the hot water load 8. Each of the evaporator 4 and the absorber 5 is formed to have multiple stages on a low stage side with low pressure and a high stage side with high pressure. Hot water from the hot water load 8 is made to flow from the high stage side absorber 5b to the low stage side absorber 5a with low pressure, sequentially. Concentrated solution from the high-temperature regenerator 1 and the low-temperature regenerator 2 is made to flow from the low stage side absorber 5a to the high stage side absorber 5b.
