Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured product, such as a film, having excellent light transmittance, heat resistance and mechanical strength, to provide a curable resin composition suitably used for producing the cured product, and to provide a polymer. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes: (A) a polymer having a structural unit represented by formula (1) and a polymerizable reactive group at the terminal, and (D) a solvent. The cured product such as a film is obtained by curing the curable resin composition. In the formula (1), R1to R4each independently represents a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, a monovalent heterocyclic group, a 2C or 3C alkenyl group or a carboxylic acid group; and a to d each independently represents an integer of 0 to 4.
