Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pyridinium=bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate salt imparting conductivity comparatively stable against environmental change, against humidity change in particular, to a resin. SOLUTION: The pyridinium salt is expressed by formula (1) (provided that 1-hexyl-3-methylpyridinium=bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate and 1-decyl-4-methylpridinium=bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate are excluded).
