Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable container removing substances adhering to a substrate or a container and contaminants present within the container with a simple configuration, as well as suppressing adhesion of contaminants collaterally produced to the substrate or the container. SOLUTION: The container of a substrate 1 includes a partition wall 5 for partitioning a space inside the container. The partition wall 5 is provided with holes 5a and 5b for making a section K1 where the substrate 1 is accommodated communicate with other sections K2.
