OPERATION ARRANGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM AND OPERATION ARRANGEMENT SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation arrangement support system and an operation arrangement support method, which further quickly, efficiently and surely fixing a train diagram changing plan. SOLUTION: When changing a diagram by a train diagram command system 1, the train diagram changing plan is transmitted to a vehicle operation command system 2 and a crew operation command system 3. The vehicle operation command system 2 and the crew operation command system 3 predict a plan in response to the train diagram changing plan, and determine whether it can cope with its plan or not respectively. When capable of coping, an "approval" response is given to the train diagram command system 1. When being unable to cope, a "disapproval" response is given by attaching a reason to the train diagram command system 1.
