Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersant in which the used amount can be reduced so as not to influence the physical properties of a molding even by a low cost direct addition method and which can obtain excellent pigment dispersibility, a colored thermoplastic resin composition, and a method of producing a colored thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: The pigment dispersant comprises a salt of phosphonic acid compound represented by formula [2].
