Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular beam irradiation device for measuring a dose each beam highly reliably and measuring a leaked dose due to instantaneous beam emission with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The corpuscular beam irradiation device includes: an emission control unit for controlling emission of the corpuscular beam and stop of the emission; a control unit for sequentially changing irradiation positions of the corpuscular beam to an affected part; first and second dosimeters for measuring dose ratios of corpuscular beams radiated to the affected part; and an abnormality determination part for obtaining first and second intersection dose measurement values respectively by accumulating dose ratios outputted by the first and second dosimeters each prescribed determination period, and performing second abnormality determination that there is abnormality at least in either case that the first intersection dose measurement value is beyond a predetermined first criterion range or that the second intersection dose measurement value is beyond a predetermined second criterion range, and outputting an interlock signal for stopping emission of the particle beam.
