SOLUTION: The pedal driving wheels 2 of a multi-wheel configuration and the steering device 3 for the operation of a handle 30 are provided at the front part of a wheelchair vehicle body 1, a hand rim rear wheel 4 is provided at the rear part of the wheelchair vehicle body 1, a suction device 5 with built-in power is provided at the bottom of the wheelchair vehicle body 1, a doughnut-shaped annular blower 6 connected with the suction device 5 by an air path 50 is provided at the rear back part of the wheelchair vehicle body 1, and a blowing port 60 is directed rearward and provided at the doughnut-shaped annular blower.
