Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early and reliably detect and cope with any abnormal condition in a capacitor connected in parallel with an electric motor in a drive control circuit for the electric motor. SOLUTION: The drive control circuit 40 includes a first SW element 61 connected in series with the high-side power supply connecting terminal 24b1 of a pump motor 24b to connect or disconnect a battery BAT and the pump motor 24b to or from each other, a second SW element 62 connected in series with the low-side power supply connecting terminal 24b2 of the pump motor 24b to connect or disconnect the battery BAT and the pump motor 24b to or from each other, capacitors 45b, 45c connected in parallel with a series circuit 71 comprised of the first SW element 61 and the pump motor 24b, and a potential detection circuit 44 that detects a potential of either of the high-side and low-side power supply connecting terminals of the pump motor 24b or a correlation value thereof.
