PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal capable of performing communication by relay even if performing the relay in a different frequency band by using a non-regenerative relay device, and a radio base station device. SOLUTION: A main control part 100 is configured so that it is determined whether radio communication with a radio base station device BS established in synchronization is performed via a relay device RS, in the case of radio communication via the relay device RS, identification information (PRU number) notified by the radio base station device BS is corrected to the identification information (PRU number) of an indoor band used in radio communication with the mobile radio terminal MS by the relay device RS by using a correction value C in accordance with a public band used in radio communication by the radio base station device BS, and a PRU used for communication is recognized.
