Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for highly precisely estimating a working time by analyzing work. SOLUTION: A working time estimation system calculates each time factor from a working time when actually performing work concerning the work of an existing process by providing assembling operation information and component attribute information for each work unit, a time factor for each assembling operation, a time factor for each component characteristic, and a time factor for each work information (worker, work form). Then, the working time estimation system estimates the working time of new work by using a component attribute, assembling operation, a component characteristic, a worker, and a work form concerning the work of a new process, and the time factor.
