Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display that can be driven at a low voltage and with high contrast. SOLUTION: In the panel for information display that displays information by encapsulating a particle group between two opposing substrates, at least one of which is transparent, and applying an electric field to an image display medium to move it, at least one convex portion 11 is disposed at one of the electrodes or both electrodes. The height H of the convex portion (the sum when a plurality of convex portions are disposed and when convex portions are disposed at both electrodes) is 3-40% of the distance between the electrodes, and the area S of the portion that touches the electrode of the convex portion (the sum of the projected area of the convex portion when seen from the front substrate when a plurality of convex portions are disposed and when convex portions are disposed at both electrodes) is 0.5-10% of the electrode area.
