Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct a landing deviation of ink droplets in bidirectional printing. SOLUTION: A reference correction value based on the result when the landing deviation of ink droplets ejected in bidirectional printing at a reference temperature is measured is stored while related to the reference temperature. An environmental temperature of the bidirectional printing is acquired. A value corresponding to the environmental temperature of a correction function which is a function set according to the reference temperature and the reference correction value and is a function of the environmental temperature is derived. A test chart is printed by bidirectional printing by ejecting ink droplets with a timing corrected by the value of the correction function corresponding to the acquired environmental temperature. An actual measurement correction value based on the measured result of the landing deviation of ink droplets in the bidirectionally-printed test chart is acquired. Setting of the correction function is updated according to the reference temperature, reference correction value, environmental temperature and actual measurement correction value. An arbitrary image is printed by bidirectional printing by ejecting ink droplets with a timing corrected by the value of the correction function corresponding to the environmental temperature.
