Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling rapid, high accuracy detection of specific molds which often breed in dry environments such as libraries, cultural heritage storage locations, and vaults for a variety of dried industrial goods and foodstuffs. SOLUTION: The specific mold detection system includes: a PCR reaction liquid containing a pair of primers provided with a primer comprising a specific base sequence and another primer comprising a specific base sequence, genomic DNA of a sample, a nucleic acid synthetase, and a nucleic acid synthesis substrate; a nucleic acid amplification device which amplifies a nucleic acid by PCR method using the PCR reaction liquid; and a microarray which identifies the specific molds by immobilizing at least one probe selected from the group consisting of probes having a specific base sequence and probes having a complementary base sequence to the base sequences, and hybridizing the immobilized probe with the nucleic acid obtained by amplifying the genomic DNA of the sample by the nucleic acid amplification device.
