SOLUTION: The sugar-free hard candy enhanced in coffee flavor is obtained by heating and concentrating at 140-200°C candy dough containing coffee raw bean extracted essence extracted in ethanol aqueous solution of ≥10% (v/v) concentration, and a coffee extract after roasting.
