BATTERY PACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an assembling work of a battery pack while making up a structure of efficiently cooling heat-generating parts. SOLUTION: In the battery pack provided with a main circuit board 40 connected to unit batteries 11 of battery blocks 10, and a flat-plate heat-dissipating block 42 fixing a heat-generating part 41 in a thermally coupled state, an outer package case 30 is formed in a box shape with two opposing surface plates 33 and side walls blocking an outer periphery of the surface plates 33 with its width made larger than its thickness, and the heat-dissipating block 42 is separated from the battery blocks 10 so as not to be overlapped with the same inside the outer package case 30, and at the same time, has its opposed face to the surface plates 33 arranged in a thermally coupled state in a posture in parallel with the surface plates 33 inside the outer package case 30, so that heat generation of the heat-generating part 41 is absorbed by the heat-dissipating block 42 to radiate heat from the surface plates 33.
