INPUT DEVICE FOR ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, INPUT CONTROL METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an input error in an input device for electronic equipment having a flat input operation face. SOLUTION: The input device is provided with: an operation part having a flat input operation face and a capacitive panel 2 for detecting an input operation position; a load sensor 22 for detecting a load to be applied to the operation part; and an input control part 12 for inputting coordinate information of the input operation position from the capacitive panel 2 and load information from the load sensor 22, and for generating and outputting output information corresponding to the coordinate information to a personal computer 28. The input control part 12 authenticates the input operation at least partially on the basis of a time variation pattern of the load information, and outputs the output information to the personal computer 28 only when the input operation is authenticated.
