SOLUTION: An image blur correction device 300 includes a lens unit 185 including a second lens group 140b; and a guide pin 303 and a guide groove 309 for guiding, within a plane orthogonal to optical axis X of the second lens group 140b, the lens unit 185 so as to be rotatable about a predetermined rotation axis while guiding it so as to be movable forward and backward in a predetermined direction.
