Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination system which shortens the time up to the diagnosis of a doctor even in the case where a specimen short of amount is thrown in a specimen pretreatment system in a clinical examination system for analyzing a biosample such as blood or urine. SOLUTION: The clinical examination system is equipped with: a display means listing analyzing items incapable of being analyzed because the amount of the specimen is insufficient in the case where the an amount of the specimen is smaller than an amount necessary for analyzing the analyzing item specified with respect to the specimen; and a directive means indicating whether blood-collecting must be performed again.
