Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system preventing supply of hot water of which temperature is lower than a target hot water supply temperature along with shortage of hot water immediately after start of hot water delivery from a hot water storage tank. SOLUTION: At start of hot water delivery from the hot water storage tank 31, whether or not the amount of remaining hot water within the hot water storage tank 31 is equal to or more than predetermined amount preset based on the water capacity of a hot water delivery pipe 2 on a combustion water heater 10 side is determined. When the amount of the remaining hot water is less than the predetermined hot water remaining amount and shortage of hot water does not occur in the hot water storage tank 31, mixing temperature adjustment control is executed while heating by the combustion water heater 10 is performed with a bypass valve 38 opened.
