ONE-TOUCH BOTTOM ASSEMBLED CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a one-touch bottom assembled corrugated cardboard box while retaining a crime prevention performance. SOLUTION: The one-touch bottom assembled corrugated cardboard box is configured as described below. A peripheral wall is formed by connecting a pair of side plates 1 and a pair of end plates 2 via ridges, and bottom side plates 4 and bottom end plates 5 are extended from the lower ends of the side plates 1 and end plates 2 respectively. An angular crease 6 for folding is formed in one end of each bottom side plate 4. By forming the peripheral wall into a rectangular tubular shape from a flat folded state, the engaging portions 8 of the leading ends of the bottom side plates 4 engage with each other to form a bottom, the tongue 10 provided at each engaging portion 8 is pushed over the bottom side plate 4 of the opposite bottom side plate while its being bent and undone along an oblique lines 9, thereby preventing separation of the engaging portions 8. In such a corrugated cardboard box, the outer end edge of each tongue 10 is obliquely cut so as to retreat toward the corresponding engaging end, thereby forming an inclined edge 11. When the tongues 10 abut on each other during the assembly of the bottom, both the tongues 10 are folded along the oblique lines 9 while sliding along the inclined edges 11.
