MIRROR CABINET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To brightly illuminate the face and around the hands of a person standing in front of a mirror door while a mirror area of the mirror door is fully secured. SOLUTION: Inside a vertical plate 6, a storage recess 11 is provided which vertically stores a light guiding plate 10 made of a light guiding material. The front opening part 12 of the storage recess 11 is longitudinally installed in a part which is the front end face 7 of the vertical plate 6 and which faces a gap between adjacent mirror doors with the vertical plate 6 held in-between. The end face 10a in the depth side of the light guiding plate 10, which is vertically stored in the storage recess 11, is made a light incident face 13 on which light from a light source is made incident. The end face 10b on the front side facing the end face 10a of the depth side is made a light exit face 14 from which the light entered from the light incident face 13 exits as belt-like illumination light R. Also, in the mirror cabinet, the light exit face 14 is arranged facing the gap between the adjacent mirror doors from the front opening part 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
