Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage which prevents humidity fluctuation and capable of freshly preserving perishable foods, such as fruits and root vegetables, over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The food storage includes: a main body of the food storage 2 divided by a partition plate 4 made by a humidity conditioning board, wherein a food storage space 6 is formed in the lower storage, and an upper space 5 is formed in the upper storage; a ventilation passage 7 communicating the food housing space 6 and the upper space 5; and a ventilating means 8 circulating air in the food storage space 6 to the upper space 5 by blowing air through the ventilation passage 7.
