Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control system for a substation, cooperating between an automatic power regulator and an automatic voltage regulator, and restraining an effective power to a predetermined control value while maintaining a system voltage of a power transmission line. SOLUTION: When the automatic power regulator 18 controls a phase tap 15, the automatic voltage regulator 19 is started. When the automatic voltage regulator 19 controls a voltage tap 14, the automatic power regulator 18 is started. While, a transmission terminal system voltage is maintained within a system voltage range by automatic control with the automatic voltage regulator 19, the effective power of the power transmission line is restrained under the predetermined control value by the automatic power regulator 18.
