Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic clutch operating device which can be equipped with a hydraulic pump to be driven by a small-size electric motor having small rated output. SOLUTION: Clutch absorbing energy E to be generated in a friction engaging part, a required discharge amount QPas the amount of oil to be discharged from the hydraulic pump, and power supply voltage VMto be supplied to the electric motor are calculated (Steps S1-S3). When output voltage Voutof a power supply voltage supply device is lower than the calculated power supply voltage VM(Step S4→Yes), if the power supply voltage VMis not higher than output upper limit voltage VMAX(Step S5→No), the output voltage Voutis increased up to the power supply voltage VM(Step S10). On the other hand, when the power supply voltage VMis higher than the output upper limit voltage VMAX(Step S5→Yes), the output voltage Voutis increased up to the output upper limit voltage VMAXso that the hydraulic clutch generates target transmission torque TOBJset in accordance with a maximum lubricating flow amount QMAXat this time (Steps S6-S9).
