SOLUTION: The liquid preparation composition is characterized by compounding (a) catechin, (b) histidine or succinic acid or their salts, and (c) pectin or Arabian gum. It is preferable to compound 1 pt.mass of catechin with ≥0.2 pt.mass of histidine or its salt, with ≥0.1 pt.mass of succinic acid or its salt, or with ≥0.5 pt.mass of pectin or Arabian gum.
