Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing cationically stabilized precipitated silicic acid dispersions which does not have at least some of the disadvantages of the processes known from the prior art, and to provide cationically stabilized precipitated silicic acid dispersions which does not have at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art silicon dioxide dispersions or only has a low degree. SOLUTION: The process for producing stable aqueous dispersions of precipitated silicic acid comprises producing a preliminary dispersion of at least one precipitated silicic acid and supplying the preliminary dispersion to a grinding device for grinding, and wherein, in the course of the process, at least parts of the surface of the precipitated silicic acid particles and/or of the surface of the precipitated silicic acid particles newly generated during the grinding are coated with at least one aminosilane in such a way that the aminosilane is bonded covalently to the precipitated silicic acid particles via an Si-O-Si bond.
